Wizard World Chicago 2004:
Diamond Select
The Diamond Select Toys booth at Wizard World had a few new items on display, including the Cerebro helmet replica prototype.
Carded versions of the Tara and Anya action figures from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series were shown for the first time, as well as a new Cinequest.com exclusive version of the Willow action figure.
The Marvel Select: She-Hulk Action Figure was to make her debut at this show (unpainted sculpt only), but there was a shipping error and she was not on display. According to current plans, a painted prototype should be in display at the at the Wizard World Texas show in November. The She-Hulk is planned for sale exclusively at the four Wizard World conventions in 2005. She will be based on cover art from the new She-Hulk comic book.
The new Marvel MiniMates on display were Cyclops and Dark Phoenix.
