- In 2001, Ertl released this 1969 Charger General Lee toy
- The toy is 1/18th scale, which is slightly smaller than 3 3/3-inch, which works out to about 1/16th scale
- The General Lee is die-cast metal, and nicely detailed
- Features an opening hood, and wheels that turn with the steering wheel
- The doors don't open, which makes it difficult to get a mego figure into the seats - I gave up after a couple tries, but I think it could be done
- Still, the car displays very nicely with the Mego figures (see below)
