This year to quell fans' screaming for his blood; DCD chief Georg Brewer has dubbed 2008 to be a year of true diversity; with little to no SuperBat figures. His second newly announced wave however caused a bit of controversy when he mistakenly uttered the word: "Batman." After a bout of hissing and boos; which ended with Georg being hit in the head with a can; Georg proved fans wrong in their ire when he announced that although it was a Batman themed wave; Batman himself would not be in it. He then announced that the wave would contain long-awaited fan favorite supporting characters: Anaraky, dead Robin (Jason Todd); and the Spoiler. This led to much happiness amongst the crowd and many apologies followed. -Thanks again Georg. :-)
