KB VP Feldman Gets Promoted

Michael L. Glazer, K-B Toys' Chief Executive Officer, has announced that Robert J. Feldman, 36, has been promoted to Senior Vice President, CFO, for the $1.8 billion specialty toy retailer. Feldman, most recently Vice President, CFO, will now assume responsibility for distribution networks and logistics, in addition to his previous role of overseeing all financial services.``Rob's impact on expense control has significantly increased the profitability of K-B Toys,'' said Glazer. ``In his new role, he will continue to reduce expenses, improve margins, and streamline the distribution network. I am confident that Rob's experience will further position K-B Toys for continued growth and success.'' Since joining K-B Toys in 1988, Feldman has advanced through the finance organization holding a variety of positions including financial systems manager, director of financial services, and director of budgeting. Prior to 1988, he was employed with Coopers & Lybrand in Albany, New York. A native of Schenectady, New York, Feldman received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in accounting, from Siena College in Loudenville, New York. Feldman currently resides in East Greenbush, New York, with his wife, Cheryl, and their two children. He is a registered CPA.
