Stuart Little's Roadster Races Back To Radio Shack

 Stuart Little performed big at the box office when it was released late last year, and is doing quite admirably on video and DVD as well. The little mouse who could wasn't very well merchandised when the film originally opened, with only a few plush and small figural toys lining the shelves of your local toy stores.One of the more dynamic pieces of Stuart Little tie-in merchandise was the Radio Shack exclusive radio-controlled roadster. ``RadioShack's exclusive joint promotion of the film with Columbia Pictures during last year's holiday season was a huge success,'' said Rick Borinstein, senior vice president for merchandising at RadioShack. ``The cars were so popular they sold out almost immediately. We've made them available again for those who weren't able to get one at the time or want one now -- and they're only available at RadioShack.'' The Stuart Little radio-controlled roadster is available, along with the Stuart Little VHS and DVD, in Radio Shack stores, as well as online via the Radio Shack.com website. [Posted 5/04/2000]
