San Diego, CA, November 15, 2004 - Independent game developer The Behemoth is unloading an arsenal of alien merchandise onto fans with the launch of an online store at http://www.alienhominid.com. The collectible urban vinyl figurines, clothing and skateboard decks support the release of Alien Hominid, The Behemoth's debut console title. Published by O~3 Entertainment, Alien Hominid will land at retail stores this month.
Going against the grain of conventional game development, the Behemoth opened the store as a strategic move to maintain its independence. "We are continually pushing the envelope to bring our fans innovative console games traditional publishers find risky," said John Baez, producer of The Behemoth. "The online store allows us to form a relationship with each of our fans on an individual basis."
