• Director of Product Development Ken Lilly has been promoted to Vice President - Creative Development, where he will oversee every aspect of all Palisades products.
  

  "Technically, Ken already oversees everything in terms of production," said Palisades President & CEO, Michael Horn, "So his day-to-day responsibilities won't change much. But, he's one of the most accomplished and talented people working in the toy development today, and we're lucky to have him on our staff. He's become such an integral part of Palisades... It was really time to give him his due."

• Sales Manager John McGonigle has been promoted to Director of Sales. McGonigle will now have complete control over the Sales Department, which has traditionally fallen under the jurisdiction of Executive Vice President, Michael Renegar.
  

  "Not only does this promotion provide John with the substantial leadership role that he deserves," commented Horn, "But it also frees up [Michael] Renegar to focus more on licensing, as well as our upcoming IP projects. It's a win-win situation."
