Elkridge, MD (September 30, 2005) - Palisades Toys regrets to announce that due to events beyond control, neither the "Incredible Plum" Meatwad Action Figure or the Unpainted Oscar Test Shot, will be available at Wizard World Boston this weekend. However, in an effort to please Boston attendees who were looking forward to these figures, Palisades will make both available to the general public once they come in stock, with no additional charges for shipping.

"One of the unfortunate realities of this business, in terms of shipments and scheduling, is that sometimes there are issues beyond your control," commented Palisades President & CEO, Michael Horn, "However, on the bright side, the products have not been cancelled, and both will be arriving in our warehouse sometime in the near future. At that time, we will offer it on the Palisades website, with free shipping as a 'make good' to all of the fans who came to Boston to get Oscar or Meatwad."

While the exact date of arrival has not yet been determined, fans are advised to check www.PalisadesToys.com regularly, for updates. Additionally, as previously announced, Palisades does plans to have both exclusive figures available at the 2005 Wizard World Texas show in November.
