Fire Trucks, Police Cars and Motorcycles Hit The Road To Deliver Holiday Cheer
WOODLAND HILLS, CA November 28, 2005 On Sunday, December 4th, 2005, Funrise Toy Corporation will cruise into the holiday season with the 10th Annual Toy Run for Kids to benefit the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. Santa Claus will be accompanied by motorcycles, fire trucks and CHP (California Highway Patrol) Officers, as they all make the twenty-mile trek from Funrise along the 101 and 5 freeways to the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles with over $100,000 worth of donated toys.
The donation is the single largest donation of toys to the hospital. Last year, Funrise was able to present the hospital with over 1,000 toys. This year hundreds of riders are expected to participate!
"We are proud and excited to be in our 10th year of hosting the Toy Run for Kids," said Arnie Rubin, president and CEO of Funrise Toy Corp.
