- DFC released The Demon (renamed The Demon Warrior on second release packaging) in 1984 as part of the Dragonriders of the Styx line
- Solid construction (no rubber band)
- 7 points of articulation: neck, shoulders, hips, and knees (8 if you count his wings)
- The Demon was also released with the Fantar accessory, without his wings
- Removable wings that fit into a hole in his back (see below)

- DFC also released a Demon eraser in at least two colors: red and green
