Year of release: 1993
Figure Number: 4911
Accessories: Two (2) guns (One quick draw, one regular)
Action Feature: Quick-Draw Weapon Release
Comments: The Bishop figure was one of the most popular from this series. Thought by many to be an interesting choice for inclusion in this line since Bishop was a relatively new addition to the X-Men at the time of this figure's release. Many other prominent characters remained to be made at this point. The sculpting accurately represented Bishop's appearance in the comics at that time.
The action feature was a quick-draw mechanism that worked similarly to the one found on the Forge figure. However, the mechanism worked backwards from that figure by bringing the weapon down from the shoulder as opposed to up from a holster.
This figure was also available as a 10" figure. As with most 10" figures, it was outsold by its 5" counterpart.
