Sasha (aka MsBigPileofDust) has taken the sculpts made by Moore Action Collectibles and Diamond Select Toys and reworked them to produce a range of exclusive *Sacrifice* figures for Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel.

Spellbound-Sacrificial-Lamb Buffy

In 1997, Buffy learns of a prophecy that she will face the Master, an ancient and powerful vampire, and that she will die. She's only 16 years old and, afraid, she vows to quit her calling as the Slayer. After the Master's minions attack her high school, murder students, and terrify her friends, Buffy braves her destiny in the Hellmouth.

The Master manages to put her into a trance and bites her. She is the sacrificial lamb; her blood gives him the power to break through into the world. Eager to begin his rampage around Sunnydale, he drops her into a rock pool to drown.

Buffy shared the secret of her calling with her friends; that made her different to previous Slayers. Angel and Xander find her body and perform CPR to bring her back to life.

When she catches up with the Master, he is outraged.

Master: "You were destined to die. It was written!"

Buffy: "What can I say? I flunked the written."

Portal-Closing-Sacrifice Angel (Light-Up)

By 1998, Buffy and Angel, the vampire with the soul, are madly in love. They consummate their relationship on her 17th birthday. Angel finds perfect happiness in Buffy's arms.

When Buffy wakes up the next morning, Angel has changed. He had been cursed with a soul by gypsies a century before. The soul was there to give him a conscience and make him suffer for his evil deeds as a vampire; he was never meant to feel joy. His moment of perfect happiness with Buffy has lifted the curse. His soul is gone.

Back to his old ways, Angel wreaks havoc in Sunnydale. He performs a ritual using his own blood to wake the demon Acathla and open a portal to Hell.

While Buffy fights Angel, Willow is busy trying to replicate the gypsy curse to restore Angel's soul. At the last moment, the spell works. Good Angel is back, but it's too late. The portal is open and about to suck the whole world into a Hell dimension. The only way to close it is with the life blood of the person who opened it.

Buffy kisses a confused Angel and reassures him, then thrusts the sword though his heart and into the portal. After a moment, he is sucked into the portal and it closes. Buffy is left alone and heartbroken.

Darla's-Champion-Sacrifice Angel

In 1999, the "Powers That Be" bring Angel back from the Hell dimension. They have plans for him to become a champion. He and Buffy try to make it work but they can never consummate their love again; it is torture for them both. Angel leaves her and moves to LA. He wants to dedicate his life to helping people and make amends for his misdeeds.

By 2000, Angel's old flame Darla is on the scene. Wolfram & Hart brought her back, hoping to mess with Angel's head.

She's human again and terminally ill. She wants Angel to turn her back into a vampire.

Angel is determined to convince her that evil is not the answer. The Powers agree to allow Angel to go through a series of trials as Darla's champion. If he succeeds, she will get a second chance at life. He's even willing to sacrifice his life for hers.

Portal-Closing-Sacrifice Buffy (Light-Up)

In 2001, Buffy is struggling to find a way to save her sister, Dawn. A Hell God named Glory has used Dawn's blood to open a portal to her Hell dimension. All manner of evil is leaking through.

Giles has done his homework. The only way to close the portal and save the world is for Buffy to kill Dawn. Again, the blood of the person who opened the portal must be used to close it.

After an almighty battle, Buffy and her friends have beaten Glory but the portal is still open. Buffy can't bring herself to sacrifice Dawn in the same way she had had to sacrifice Angel years before.

As she stands high up on the rickety tower where Dawn is held captive, Buffy stares down into the pulsating vortex below. She has a moment of clarity, understanding the significance of being told by The Powers That Be that "Death is her gift". She shares the same blood as her sister. She can take her place and close the portal.

Buffy takes a swan dive off the tower and into the vortex. Her sacrifice closes the portal.
