October 31, 2009 - Herobuilders.com, the world famous company that makes Custom Action Figures that look and talk like anyone who wants to be an action figure, and the original maker of Political Action Figures gets sued by PEZ for trademark infringement.
Herobuilders started making custom PEZ dispensers that looks like people who wanted to be memorialized on Pez dispenser, similar to our Custom Action Figures.
Emil Vicale the owner of Herobuilders stated "that the suit was childlike at best and not worthy of such a seemingly prestigious and seemingly successful company as PEZ."
HeroBuilders and PEZ have reached an agreement and Herobuilders has agreed not to make Custom Pez dispensers. With this agreement in place this now made Herobuilders to move forward with their own Candy Dispenser and is launching their own Candy Dispenser in 2010.
Emil Vicale is also the owner of BBC Design Group. Emil Vicale and BBC Design Group has finished designing their own Candy Dispenser and and it is ready to hit the market in 2010. Emil Vicale also stated that "like every thing Herobuilders has done it the past our dispenser will be bigger better and obviously more in tune with what the people in this century will want to buy. I think they made a very critical error in thinking that Herobuilders would just go away."
