Atlanta, GA -- October 1, 2001 -- Atomoton is proud to announce the ZGXL,
the official league of Atomoton. The ZGXL will be comprised of a system of
federations run by zMarshals, the overseers of demo and tournament play.
The system is a unique cross between the WWF and boxing. Contestants will
battle for various title belts and earn points as they are victorious. The
more points they earn, the higher up the tournament ladder they climb.

Each zMarshal in the ZGXL is given the right to create their own title belt and book matches for it in any way they like. Each zMarshal can also create their own federation (or join a federation of another zMarhsal), which they must also name and create. The more zMarshals in a particular federation, the more belts it can have and the more important and influential the title belt. Moreover, the more players in the federation, the more powerful it is.

This all leads to a forthcoming tournament system. Tournaments will
typically occur when two different federations get together; they can
create a special belt for the occasion or, if they dare, put their own belt
on the line. Tournaments are as much about competition behind the scenes as
they are about the matches themselves. Fixers can sell you new gear for
your garage, teams can be formed and re-formed, and grudges can be pursued.

In short, the zCosm comes to life at Z-G tournaments, and it requires
roleplaying as well as card skill to win.

Federations are of various ranks depending on the number of players in the federation. Levels range from Bronze federations composed of a few
contenders, through Silver and Gold federations, all the way to Platinum
federations of over 20 active participants! The ultimate prize will be the
Darkside Station championship, the highest-level belt currently in the
ZGXL. The Darkside Station Belt is the most coveted in all the Solar
System.

Various matches can be fought to claim the ZGXL title belts of your
opponent's league. A few examples include Singles Match (mano-a-mano),
Doubles Match (two on two), Melee Match (up to 6 contestants, anything
goes), Ulsterball Cup (win the game to win the trophy), Krewe Match (a
Krewe of 3 or more matches off against another krewe of 3 or more+), and
Fall Match (first person to push opponent(s) off the table wins).

Atomoton produces the coolest toys and games in the universe. The ZGXL is rapidly becoming the largest organizing league in the Solar System.
