Chasing After Toy Story 2 Chase Figures

 Toy Story 2 continues to be a runaway success garnering over 171 million at the box office in it's first 17 days, entertaining kids and adults alike.Mattel's line of Toy Story toys is out in full force, hitting store shelves a few weeks prior to the films opening. What some people may not know is that Mattel has released rare chase figures into the regular action figure assortments. One figure in 200 features one of the figures accessories done in a silver color. As you can see from these pictures, Woody comes with a silver bear, Buzz Lightyear features a monkey with silver arms, The Prospector has a silver cannon, Rex plays with a silver building block and Bullseye has a silver saddle bag.
These were the only chase figures the Raving Toy Maniac staff were able to locate at press time, as there are several other figures in the assortment including the evil Zurg, as well as variations of Woody and Buzz. The RTM monkeys couldn't help but notice the irony of these chase figures, given the theme of the movie itself and its depiction of those who are more interested in the value of toys than the fun they provide.
