Buggie Boxie is a toy car designed for children ages 2-5. It is made of heavy-duty, recyclable corrugated board with vivid color graphics made from non-toxic, biodegradable inks, and is fully recyclable. Buggie Boxie comes in two pieces that are easy to assemble; no tools are required. Assembly takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on whether you have a helper. There is a door on either side for easy access, and an optional sunroof for fun, or additional headroom. Once assembled, it is 22" high, 19" wide and 36" in length (fits two kids), weighs only four and a half pounds, yet is very sturdy and ready to handle many hours of creative play.

It was for his own daughter that Pryor built a play car (and several more versions) out of discarded cardboard, thus spawning the idea for a line of cardboard toys that kids could climb in and out of and play in using their imagination. It would be much sturdier and easier to assemble than the old tape and glue approach used in making his daughter's first car.
