January 24, 2003 - Tower Records is having another clearance sale at their US retail locations. This sale is only at their "brick and mortar" stores, NOT at their online store. Many toys and action figures are marked down to $1.99, with many 12-inch action figures marked down to $9.99. The items are not labeled or stickered to indicate the sale, and not all Tower locations will have all of the listed items in stock.
