Series 3 Muppets On the Way

January 27, 2003 - Palisades Toys has announced that their third series of Muppets action figures are now shipping and should be in retail stores in two to three weeks. (Suggested retail is $8.99 USD each.)
Series 3 consists of Rowlf, Scooter, Lew Zealand, and Zoot. A variant Scooter (Super Hero Scooter) will be available through ToyFare Magazine.
 The Rowlf action figure comes with a piano and bust of Beethoven, and is dressed in a tuxedo.
The Scooter action figure comes with a megaphone, clipboard, (working) skateboard, fast food soda cup tray with cups, Chinese takeout box, and radio.
The Lew Zealand action figure comes with a swordfish, a big mouth bass, a boomerang fish, and a minnow bucket. The lid on the bucket can be removed.
The Zoot action figure comes with a saxophone and sax case, music stand, and removable hat. His hat is attached with magnets, like Fozzie's hat. The repainted Zoot will be packed one per case.
