June 2003 - From the upcoming line, Sonic Alliance, from Mezco Toyz, Tower is pleased to announce the release of two preview exclusives of the main character, Papason.

Based on the look and feel of the hip-hop world and DJ culutre, Sonic Alliance is the second round of original vinyl characters from Mezco Toyz; the first being the HOODZ line from last year. Jumping from graphitti covered streets to the DJ lifestyle, Sonic Alliance features characters in the Hong Kong Vinyl style that has swept across the world. Slated for release later in the year, Tower is pleased to announce the release of two special edition exclusives from Sonic Alliance to offer to fans over the summer.

Introducing Papason, a large and in charge, all business and no mess kind of guy. Decked out in fur coat, baggy jeans, cool kicks, and bling from arm to arm. Standing nearly 9" tall but a massive 9" wide, nothing gets by Papason. Tower is releasing two color variations of Papason. The Yellow BEE-OTCH Buster version and the Red-Better-than-Dead version. Each figure is limited to only 300 units and are a steal at only $24.99 each. Each figure comes boxed and has removable clothing, hat and real necklace. Sporting a ring and a Mezco Luxury watch, Papason leads the pack in what's happenin'!
