Kaiyodo To Unleash More Wolfwood From Trigun Series

kai_tri_wolfwood.jpg - 12062 BytesFans of the anime Trigun who are still drooling over the awesome action figure of Vash the Stampede from Kaiyodo / Xebec Toys that was recently offered via Previews should be pleased with the next figure to be offered from the series: Wolfwood.

Like the Vash figure, Wolfwood is amazingly detailed (typical for a Kaiyodo / Xebec Toys product) and comes comeplete with a cool scenic base that includes the cross that Wolfwood carries with him, which actually transforms into a huge machine gun.

Yashuhiro Nightow, the Manga writer/artist/creator of Trigun has entered into an agreement with Kaiyodo to make his own toyline, under the imprint Toy Tribe. Toy Tribewill make about 6 different Trigun characters, and has plans to make 4 or so brand new Nightow action figure creations.

In related news, the latest Trigun DVD, entitled Trigun: Wolfwood, is scheduled for a late-July release.
