Exclusive Gamera Figure Offered At Asian Fantasy Film Expo

crystal_gamera.jpg - 10413 BytesThe Asian Fantasy Film Expo is coming to the Holiday Inn & Conference Center in Saddle Brook, New Jersey on Friday, June 30 and Saturday,July 1. The event, which will spotlight the world of fantastic asian cinema, will also have a very special exclusive figure offered.

Bandai Co. of Japan will produce a limited edition Crystal Gamera 1999 vinyl figure, depicting the giant kaiju turtle as he appeared in 1999's Gamera 3: Gamera vs. Irys, available exclusively at Asian Fantasy Film Expo! Only 1,000 of these special figures will be made available for sale to AFFE attendees on a first come, first serve basis, making this not only one of the rarest Bandai kaiju vinyl figures ever produced, but also the first to be distributed exclusively in the USA!

Guests at the con include Shusuke Kaneko, acclaimed director of the 90s Gamera film series; Fuyuki Shinada of Tokyo's renowned creature shop, Bi-Shop;Shinichi Yokokawa of Bandai Japan's entertainment toy development division and many more.
