The 9" Millenium Collector's Sets each feature a captain and first officer from one of the four incarnations of Star Trek in their formal dress uniforms. The sets are in special window-box display packaging and utilize the new Millenium concept box art proclaiming the slogan, "A Bold New Millenium."

We'll check into whether or not Kira will ultimately be released in her dress uniform, as these are just prototypes that can change by the time they are released.
