Brief update on the new DC Rebooted versions of characters?

I have not followed the reboot at all and am curious to know what has changed about:

Batman (is he toned down now? Is the Batman Inc still in place?)
Flash (Is it still Barry? Is he still the hopeful anchor of the JLA?)
Green lantern (Is it still Hal? Is he still the seat-of-his pants fearless hero?)

I could research this, but I want to hear it from fellow fans.
