Together, this group of dysfunctional characters takes an unexpected passenger on the biggest commute of all time! Along the way, they become unlikely allies on a perilous quest to return the passenger to its family. A new world of adventure is waiting for them on the coolest road trip ever!
Slated for release in the spring of 2002, "Ice Age" is a collaborative effort of Academy Award-winning director Chris Wedge, the cutting edge animators at Blue Sky Studios, and Twentieth Century Fox. This hilarious and engaging animated feature is sure to appeal to parents and children alike as it takes consumers on an adventure through our ancient past.
Twentieth Century Fox anticipates that "Ice Age" will receive multimillion-dollar, event-level marketing and media support including a major broadcast, print and outdoor advertising blitz targeting kids, teens and adults. The film will also be promoted through a multi-tiered in-theater campaign, featuring trailers, posters, standees and banners; innovative publicity efforts, including stunts and a colossal premiere; and an interactive online campaign, allowing audiences around the globe to experience the world of "Ice Age."
