Golden LEGO bricks will be inserted randomly into LEGO packs and each will be printed with a unique numeric code which corresponds to a particular prize.
The offer will be promoted with a TV, radio and digital marketing campaign which features LEGO mini-figures cheering at a rally as their King tells them about the offer.
The King, voiced by Ben Miller of Armstrong and Miller fame, tells the assembled crowd: "LEGO people! Every day next week, Sun readers will once again get free LEGO toys!"
"So we will be built and rebuilt to kingdom come! And we'll do so with a smile upon our shiny faces!"
The TV ads will be broadcast from Thursday 6th October and can be seen at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZY8doMikq0
Rob Painter, Marketing Director for The Sun, said: "The first wave of this promotion was extremely popular and we expect it to be even more successful this time around.
"This amazing offer will once again demonstrate the great value The Sun delivers to its customers every day."
David Buxbaum, Marketing Director at LEGO UK, said: "We were thrilled with the response of The Sun's readers to our first promotion back in May and are really looking forward to phase two of our promotional campaign. LEGO fans, new and old, are in for a real building treat with these fabulous toys from our best selling ranges."
The TV ad was created by WCRS with specialist CGI production by Hornet. Media buying is handled by Mindshare. Press and digital ads have been created by NI Creative, News International's in-house creative team.
A total of 10,000 Alien Conquest ADU Walker toys can also be won in the LEGO 'Find It' competition run on The Sun's Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/TheSun. Social media agency Jam will manage competitions across the paper's social platforms and daily comedy shorts featuring the LEGO toys will bring the promotion to life online.
The first wave of the LEGO promotion ran in May.
The Sun is 30p weekdays and 60p nationwide on a Saturday.
