If they haven't changed the host, the show will remain unwatchable.

Heh. That's what I was thinking, but I didn't say anything in case it was just me. Wink

I tried to watch that first pilot episode. It was so offensive, I gave up after the first 15 minutes.

So glad it's not just me. The only thing that guy loves is money, he couldn't care less about the toys or the creators.
As long as he can make a quick buck, he's happy.

That guy was a straight-up scalper. He was way too sleazy to be watchable on a weekly basis.

Not only was the host annoying, but I agree completely that the show itself was offensive to anyone with common sense. No one just walks into a diner and the guy behind the counter just happens to have a rocket firing Boba Fett he "didn't know it was worth anything". Or the designer who had sealed cases of vintage SW, but OH WAIT, this case accidentally has prototype figures in it! Because, you know, Kenner made a habit of routinely sending out toys with their in-house approval tags attached to the cards to regular retailers. And that visit the host was like, oh this Wicket proto on a unmarked card could sell for $60, I'll give you $30! F**k you, $60. We all know that's a $200+ item. Maybe the same people who love Storage Wars will want to be in on this, but it makes American Pickers, Auction Hunters, etc... look like the most genuine shows on television.

That idiot who was the host made us look like crooks.
No way that Oscar Goldman in a near mint box was only $180.00.
He makes any toy dealer/sellers look like a crook.
