Raving Toy Maniac

Hey gang,i am looking for any sites that sell custom gi joe 12 inch outfits,and perhaps that sell custom or original heads. I would like to get a custom gi joe figure for a guy and his wife who teaches, for free,at our local recreation department. I know it might be pricey,but this guy comes two times a week after working eight hours a day just to teach karste to the community children. He even designed a outfit,from football gear so the kids can practice their without harming the karate instructor. I got to thjnking that this guy desreves an action figure of him or his practice character that he brings to class. I am hoping to give this figure to him around the holidays.
