November is only indicative of the Asian Market release. Unless you order from an importer (read: higher shipping & handling charges), then you're stuck waiting a few months after it gets released in Japan. I believe Diamond distributes these to US retail and e-tailers, so once they get them, places like BBTS should start to ship theirs out.
