Where are the dancing Groot Sprouts? They've been making dancing flowers for decades, how did they miss this merchandising opportunity? I would have gone straight to any store that had them after that movie and shoved my movie at them Futurama style.
So come on Marvel. Shut up and take my money!
HA! Awesome. And yes I would get one.
It is such an obvious merchandising tie in. I can't believe that they didn't have these on shelves already. Heck, they should have had a table of them at the exit of the theater for $20 a pop and they could sell one to nearly every person that came out of the theater when I saw the movie.
I haven't seen the movie yet, but this clip was linked on a knitting forum and I've watched it about ten times already:

Just a spin on how I would answer this question...
SPOILERS AHEAD
In case you haven't seen the film, you would have atleast heard about the praise surronding this movie, but I walked away thinking that Ronan was the worst Marvel Movie Villian to date. He did absolutley nothing in the movie, his look was un-manacing, and went out like cream puff, during the we are the world finale. I enjoyed the GOTG team and how they met and started to come together, but the bad guys in this movie were extremely weak. I know this is just more fuel for a Thanos throw down to come but hearing so many people begging for a Ronan movie figure, makes me laugh.
I actually liked Ronan. He didn't do anything huge in the movie, but he was talked about a lot. But seriously, which Marvel movie has had a great villain? Spider Man 2 and Doc Ock is all I can come up with. Magneto of course is cool, but he's only partially a villain.
