Was Chap Mei overlooked at this years Toy Fair 2012?

Hey Buzzers, I thought this year Chap Mei was going to be at this year's Toy Fair?

Did Chap Mei have an area? I heard rumors that Chap Mei was going to be in New York.

I could be wrong?

Haven't heard or seen anything about them showing stuff at TF; I've gotten quite a few of their lines, especially Dino Valley, and know they had some follow up stuff overseas, so I'd be interested to see if any of that was showing up here. I have heard rumblings that some of the newer toy regulations may have kept them from releasing some of their overseas product here int he states.
