Colossus Photo Contest Prizes Revealed!
March 2012 - The full prize packages have been revealed for the Colossus Photo Contest happening on Diamond Select Toys' Facebook page! Only a few days remain to take your picture of the new Marvel Select Colossus figure and maybe win a slew of Marvel Select X-Men figures!
Grand prize:
- Jean Grey and Rachel Summers Marvel Girl test shots with gates
- Cyclops (X-Factor variant)
- Magneto (unmasked variant)
- Deadpool (unmasked variant)
- Sabretooth (standard version)
- Gambit (long-haired variant)
- Juggernaut (unmasked variant)
Two runners-up will also be chosen to receive individual Marvel Select X-Men figures:
- Magneto (standard version)
- Gambit (standard version)
The Rules:
- Take a photo in which the Marvel Select Colossus figure is the central character. You can include other figures or just Colossus, but all of the toys in the photo should be from Diamond Select Toys. No toys from other toy companies will be allowed.
- Shots can be indoors, outdoors, on miniature sets, on human-sized sets, whatever. But they should be in focus, and you should be able to tell what's going on in them.
- Photoshop is allowed for touch-ups or to duplicate a character, but not to alter the character extensively. Word balloons and text are not allowed.
- Photos should be at least 4 by 6 inches at 72 dpi (288x432 pixels). They can be vertical or horizontal.
- Post your photos on the Diamond Select Toys Facebook wall at http://www.facebook.com/diamondselecttoys between now and March 12th at 9 AM EST.
- Only one entry is allowed per person, so make sure your best shot is on the wall come Monday morning. Multiple entries will be disqualified, so delete your earlier shots.
- The winner will get six Marvel Select X-Men action figures: Cyclops (X-Factor variant), Magneto (unmasked variant), Deadpool (unmasked variant), Sabretooth (standard version), Gambit (long-haired variant) and Juggernaut (unmasked variant), plus Jean Grey and Rachel Summers Marvel Girl test shots with gates. Two runners-up will also be chosen to receive individual Marvel Select X-Men figures: Magneto (standard version) and Gambit (standard version).
