When do we get Sideshow DC Comics 1:6 scale figures NEWS?

The Sideshow DC Comics license was announced in July 2011 around SDCC, so when do we start getting announcements of Sideshow DC 1:6 scale COMIC BOOK figures? Will Sideshow do these alone or will Hot Toys work on them too like HT does the DC 1:6 MOVIE figures?

Good question...been wondering the same thing myself. Kind of hope it doesn't happen for wallets sake.

Maybe Sideshow and DC are having a disagreement over which characters to make (Classic DC versus The New 52). Heh
