I dont have a number but back when I got skipped out of an oder for my sub I called and complained and kept asking to speak to someone incharge after about 10 mins I spoke to a guy who was American and explained to situation to me in plain english and got it worked out. I would say keep trying through them and see who you will get. Annoying yea but you never know!
