Ironman figures #41-#46 plus concept
have these been released at the retail level or just to online stores.? there is also a subset of concept figures like the hammer drone and artilery armor war machine that are numbered 1-5. they looks good for the most part based on the pics that I have seen.

If so, I have seen them at TRU's as recently as a month or ago as a part of the Avengers hype. They were still there the last time I was there as well.
Yet, I still cannot find the War Machine with Rhodey head #38.

However the last wave of Movie figs were only found very sparsely at retail. The card front on them is different, the corner features the "Avengers Assemble" logo like the Cap and Thor figures have. I remember seeing reports of someone finding them at a Disney Store in CA.
Edit: I just realized they have the Mark V(V2) and Reactor Shift IM from the movie series as well.

I had never saw these at retail. But I got lucky and managed to buy the last case of these at BBTS 2 or 3 months ago.
Considering it was 11 new figures and 1 duplicate, I considered it a good case.
They still have a couple of the individual figures in stock at clearance prices.
I appreciate the responses. looks like they are hitting out here in california.I have seen a total of 2 figures from this wave at a discount chain and no where else. so hopefully they will get more in. I just want to get the concept hammer drone and the war machines. have to look at the others in person to see how good they really look like. the hammer drone looks really good.
