KB Toys To Debut New Nsync Collectibles

KB Toys announced that they will be the first retailer to debut the latest collectible of one of the world's hottest musical groups -- 'Nsync. These new collectible 'Nsync marionette figures are making their world debut at KB Toys stores nationwide today, September 15, 2000.'Nsync fans will be thrilled by the new collectible 'Nsync marionette figures of JC, Lance, Justin, Joey and Chris. All five 'Nsync figures, by All Entertainment Inc., are clad in the official tour costumes, have attached marionette strings and include a display stand depicting the 'Nsync figure's real-life photograph. ``'Nsync is the hottest musical group in the world today,'' said Tom Alfonsi, KB Toys' Senior Vice President of Merchandising. ``KB Toys is excited to be the first retailer to make this collectible item available to our customers.'' To celebrate the debut of the figures, KB Toys will host a launch event in the Glendale Galleria, featuring a drawing to win great 'Nsync prizes that include four official 'Nsync No Strings Attached World Tour 2000 jackets personally autographed by all five members of the band and five pairs of tickets to a Los Angeles area 'Nsync concert. Entries for the drawing will be accepted on Friday, September 15th throughout the day until 4:45 PM, only at KB Toys in the Glendale Galleria. The winning names will be drawn at 5:00 PM. No purchase is necessary to enter. Since the group's formation, 'Nsync has been topping charts worldwide. 'Nsync first became popular in Europe and began gaining fans in the United States with their first self-titled album, which debuted in the U.S. in 1998 and sold over ten million copies. At the 2000 MTV Music Video Awards held in New York City last week, the group won three awards, including the Viewer's Choice award -- the only MTV award voted on by fans.
