Anyone still seeing restocks of the Walmart Exclusive 6" Avengers?
All the Walmarts that received this assortment within driving distance have been sitting on a mountain of Iron Mans & Captain Americas. I'm still trying to find Hulk & Hawkeye. I was hoping Walmart would have posted these on their website, but I don't think their exclusives have been solicited online outside of DCUC.
These have not even been stocked the first time in No VA Walmarts as far as I can tell. I visit 2 of them at least 3X per week. not even pegwarmer.
Mine has been restocked several times. Each time all that is on the pegs is everyone BUT Hawkeye and of course Hulk.
I stop at my local Walmart about twice a week, Iv seen them re-stocked about 3 times now, got lucky and found Hulk hidden behind some other toys, Im more than sure that some of the stock guys know what there looking for and one hide them or 2 just take them for resale....hard to tell but captain america and iron man are the peg warmers for sure, I heard the load out was 1 case per store were receiving the hulk, out of every 4 cases, (central texas)
At my local Walmart, they were stocked five times and I only missed the first case Hawkeye and the fifth case everything except Loki. I purchased the first case Hulk and the second case Hawkeye, Thor and Captain America. After the last case though, the pegs are now full of Caps and Iron Mans (and earlier this week, one Loki). I doubt this store sees another restock of these.

Exactly what I did with Hulk and am about to do with Loki.

i think the case pack-out is fine: 2 iron mans, 2 caps, 1 of everyone else. they could've made it worse and just packed each case with 1 of everyone. at least with the current pack-out, people can get iron man and cap to carry them over until supply meets demand. just this past weekend, i saw a kid (probably 10 years old) holding an iron man. i pointed out the lone captain america that was left, and he couldn't have been happier (the toy aisle was a complete mess, like usual, so cap was easy to miss).
over the course of 3 weeks, i eventually found everyone in the set. good luck to everyone that's still searching.

Given how many Iron Mans are left hanging, I can't be the only one disappointed with the repaint. I know it's Monday morning quarterbacking, but the Iron Man should have been a repaint of the War Machine armor. That would have made pretty close representation of the MK VII armor. Maybe a little too bulky, but I gotta think it would have done better than the MK VI leaking oil. I know Hasbro is trying to cut corners on these figures and use as many repaints of existing tools as possible, so a brand-new MK VII may be too much to ask, but the War Machine is pretty close. I hope there's a second wave with that, sleeveless Thor, Black Widow, and Agent Coulson. Maybe Nick Fury and Maria Hill, too, but that might be pushing it.
Hasbro has seemed utterly, obsessively convinced of the idea that Iron Man is some sort of massive fan favorite, bestselling figure. This despite IM2 figures pegwarming or on clearance nationwide, Iron Man variants being the biggest and most consistent pegwarmer in MU and the previous 6" Iron Man line pegwarming at Walmart for years. It's like they've "play-tested" the figures in some research room and found Iron Man to be the most popular, without ever once actually looking at store pegs to see if they're really selling.

are you kidding me? every walmart i've seen that carries these is CLOGGED with 3/4 iron man to 1/4 cap. i've seen thor 4 or 5 times. i've seen everyone else once. ONCE. how does that pack-out equal anything other than idiotic? especially when you factor in the FACT that i can go to any tru and find the exact same iron man on the pegs.
hasbro desperately needs to remove their heads from their asses regarding their take on iron man. he's popular, sure. but putting the exact same product on shelves that have already had that product on them for the past 2 years is idiocy.
Hit two Walmarts on the way home and each had stock of the 6" avengers. Even found a Hulk at one with Loki and Hawkeye at the other still. So they've restocked this past week at least.
...and the Iron Man love continued into ML 1 & 3. He's packed 2 per case for both series.
I'm a little disappointed in Walmart's handling of these exclusives. Out of the nearest half dozen or so stores, not one received a case. I thought at least one location would carry them since they all stock ML.
Are you sure it's Hasbro and not Walmart? I've heard murmurs that they pressured Hasbro into having more Bumblebees in their Transformers case ratios.
