Hasbro delivery ML W3 - NOT as pictured! Better luck with MU Ballastar
Had ordered (hopefully) the "Redpool" and Yellow-oufitted X girl figures. Packaged arrived this a.m.
The figures were NOT the ones pictured on their website. Called for a return authorization, and the
agent I talked with "was well aware" of the ML snafu........said they were trying to "correct" the photos....
Anyway, back they go as soon as I have the Hasbro, pre-paid return label.
Did get the variant (with translucent forecarms) Balaster.
Oh well...while I don't have my order yet, I should probably call for my return label now...guess it was to good to be true when Blade was not up for order with the Red DP and Moonstar.
Well as expected I received the X-Force DP and Mystique instead of the ones I ordered from HTS. So I called them for a refund and return label and the rep started to try and explain why I got what I got instead of what I ordered. After a few minutes or jawwing back and forth, I asked her to check the website and tell me if they have the figures they have pitcured in stock for purchase and she said no, we have never had those. She then stepped away from the phone to speak to a manager and came back with the confirmation of my refund and I was told to keep the figures or donate them. While I was happy with the outcome, I still have to question why global companies like TRU and Hasbro, can't get their inventory and web sales right.
What I don't understand is how long does it take to upload the right pictures to their website? They know it's the wrong ones and if everyone calls in who received the wrong ones and asks for a refund, HTS will lose alot of money on these orders. Could someone just change the dang pictures, HTS. It really is THAT simple. I'm so tired of laziness in companies. Someone, just do your job or take over someone elses and fix it. Take pride in your work. Take the initiative and get the ball rolling.
