So if you have ANY interest in this line, no doubt you've heard the news that we are getting a series 3! And if you haven't here's the lineup:

Batman (normal masked)
Ra's Al Ghul (Yay!)
Penguin
Joker Thug (Proof to me they are extending the life of this line)
Azrael

Additionally, we have June release dates for Croc and Freeze, and November for Titan Joker!

I've got them all up on pre-order fro BBTS right now. Can't wait.

We also caught wind this week that there will be a 13 inch Grundy!!

I'm really hoping we get a peek at the rest of the wave 3 sculpts in two weeks, and that there is a series 4 and 5 shown including Clayface, Hugo Strange, Talia, Two-Face, Nightwing, and Deadshot to name a few.

Anyone else see these bad boys/ have an opinion?

I cant believe we're getting a Grundy...and a Joker thug. I'm having to rework my main DC display because these look like they're going to be THE definitive versions of these characters(at least on my shelf). My only pet peeve? I HATE the video game design of Batman himself. I'd love it if they would release a figure of him wearing THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS skin(since thats how I play the game).

Why post links when you can have the image appear here now? Wink

Because if the pictures come from another site, it would be really polite to link to them?

Also, no magazine scans! (Those look like a catalog, but I wanted to mention it again.)

Because it breaks the page formatting and looks like (bleep), which is why I edited my post to links instead of GIANT IMAGES.

yeah, because we're all more interested in maintaining the aesthetic of the page format over having pics posted directly.

where the hell's the eye-roll emoticon?

Um... Bobbi already added the code to auto scale images. Wink Where IS that eye roll, anyway? Wink

She can't fix or see issues if the features here are not utilized.

As far as source and linking them, thats why so many people shifted to the forum format. I've participated in many forums with thousands of members, and images are linked all the time. Site that do not want images linked usually have linking blocked. Image use is usually covered under "fair use" net laws. So long as the images are not being sold or used in a way to generate money, then reproduction is considered fair use, unless reproduction of images is specifically prohibited by the site. (And again, those usually have the web links on the images blocked.)

Some sites do require a credit link back to the host site, but typically those are sites that have original artwork on them on artist owned sites.

Also, I notice I cannot edit my post where I added the img tags, so the forum software here canot rescale the images properly with the fix you made. Can you edit that post? (I'm guessing with mod priv., you can edit it, and odds are you just need to edit and resave it, and the fix you added will auto scale the images properly.)

(Renderosity would be a good forum to peruse and look at the rules from. The only things they really ban or mod are violent images, and nudity. (Both actually because credit card companies will not allow use on the site if those are allowed.) Since they also have a storefront, they don;t want to site blocked for any reason to maximize sales.

At any given time they have 4,000 people in the forums, and the max was I think 10,000 at one point. I think they have a few hundered thousand members.

Huh. I just tried, and... that is interesting and annoying - the size filter seems to only work on images that are uploaded/attached, and not on the ones that are linked/displayed. Frustrating.
