Don't like whatever the heck those nozzles in its mouth are (I wish the inside of its mouth was just solid red), and I especially don't like the ball hips - but other than that IMHO it's pretty cool. The base, with Ant-Man and Wasp, is an particularly nice touch, I think. =)
The mouth, I don't mind. The hips, though...not great. Hopefully they can refine those a bit before the figure's released.
Obviously, it won't be ML scale but, since Ultron is a robot, it might be possible to fudge it and just say he's been rebuilt bigger.

Or, just saw him in half at the waste and glue his top half onto a borg cube and call him Ultron-6 or whatever the designation was of the one with the square lower body.

Yeah, those are some horrible looking hips. I don't think I'd buy it looking like that.
A Diamond Select guy posted on Fwoosh that the ball hips would be better looking on the actual product. He said it was a prototype and they would be not so pronounced.

That just looks like hell to me. There was an old toybiz one that looks better.
Shouldn't the mouth just be painted black with some red Kirby crackle in it? It's those weird diode looking things that are so off.
