So what in the blue heck are those things chasing Cap's Avenging Cycle? They don't look like the rumored Skrulls or Frost Giants. Anyone have a clue?

I suspect they're either redesigned Skrulls (I read a rumor that Fantastic Four movie rights were preventing the name of the word "Skrulls") or a race of creatures from another of the nine realms.
