I thought the same thing. If you're talking about what I think you're talking about, those look to be comic versions. The uniforms look a little silly for the movie. The description seems to imply it as well.

I really dislike the both the movie Hawkeye and Cap costumes. After those anything else would be better. (I think its cap's helmet I really hate the worse though.. the older Cap movie helmet looked better, and I wasn't fond of that either.

I saw a link to a (bleep) Avengers movie trailer coming out yesterday, and some of the costumes in it actually looked better!

I wouldn't mind seeing "those guys" in the avengers movie though. Or Thanos.

So here's what that listing makes me wonder:

Everyone pretty much now accepts that the Skrulls are not in the movie. But this is at least the second Avengers movie related toy that has the Skrulls involved. I know this could be a big stretch but what Joss Whedon said was “I will say only this: It is not the Kree or the Skrulls.” The loophole in that being OR. We've seen blue aliens in the trailers. Skrulls are in some of the toy lines. What if it's the Kree AND the Skrulls? Kree/Skrull War instigated by Loki to destroy the earth. I'd be all over that. But why does it have to be such a huge secret?

And also where the heck are the Loki's foot soldiers? This is wave 3 and they aren't listed in a wave yet?

Loki's army are the Chitauri, the Ultimate universe version of the Skrulls.

the foot soldiers, as far as I know will still be made, there is even going to be a marvel select/diamond distributors figure that will be made too
