The first day of CustomCon always throws me off. Somehow I manage to ignore everything that says CustomCon to see pictures.

Today it was straight for the Archer figures, got all excited, then realized they were customs!

They also made me realize why I'm liking smaller figures more and more, could pick up most of the cast in one swoop. Larger figures we'd have to wait... and wait... then watch half the line be canceled.

Age of Apocalypse Minimates were great too!

I want those Archer Minimates soooooo bad. DST could knock out the entire cast in 2 waves & I would be soooo happy.

Absolute kudos to the creator of the Guardians of the Galaxy Minimates! Those are absolutely stunning, and the fine details like Starlord's mask, Rocket's lower legs, and Groot's extensions just blew me away. These are factory production level awesome. I hope someone over at AA is taking a good look.

I'd pay good money for those Guardians of the Galaxy minimates! I hope they are followed up with the original team.

Second. I was expecting Starlord's mask to look like a glob with some lines carved on it but that is really sharp.

I'm not even a minimates fan but these and the Archer ones are things I would totally buy.

I'll add in a link to that on your page tonight when I get Day Three online. Smile

Minimates Crystar is a work of art, really impressive. Granok is pretty cool, too, but the whole 80s toy line idea is a neat, like to see more of those.

I like all the CustomCon entries, but that Crystar's by far my favorite. =)
