When do the new Spidey and Batman movie toys come out?

Since it seems like the next wave of Avengers stuff is really taking it's time and Joe stuff is out at the end of the month, when are the Amazing Spiderman and Batman movie toys going to start hitting shelves? Are there exact dates? Also does anyone new if anyone besides TRU is carrying the MiB stuff?

I've seen both in the past week. New Batman movie stuff, along with the new kids line, at a local pharmacy and a few Amazing Spider-Man figures at a Walgreens (chain pharmacy).
