What is going on w/eBay's updated checkout system???

No matter what I do, it seems it will only allow payment for all balances due at once. One seller even invoiced me for their portion of what I owe, but when I go to check out via that invoice, it then shows one combined payment owed to all sellers. There doesn't appear to be an obvious way to pay one seller at a time anymore.

Does anyone know what is going on? Am I just blindly missing something?
