- Tomy released Sark in 1981 as part of the Tron series
- The figure was re-released by NECA in 2002 on both vintage and modern-style cards (shown below).
- The black-plastic version of the figure above was available only with the NECA red Light Cycle.
- Solid construction (no rubber band)
- 5 points of articulation: neck, shoulders, and hips
- The Tomy figures read "Tomy Japan" on the right leg and "(c) 1981 Walt Disney Prod." on the left; The NECA figures read "NECA China" on the right leg and "(c) Disney" on the left
- The NECA figures are slightly shorter than the Tomy
- Glow-in-the-dark disc with a peg handle on one side which fits in a hole in the figure's back - also included with Tron and Flynn
- The Tomy version of the disc has "Japan" stamped on the back, and a thicker stud - the Tomy discs do not fit in the holes in the NECA figures' backs (and vice versa)
