It's a troll from the Fantasy-Era Castle line. The set it comes from is 7097-1: Trolls' Mountain Fortress.

I think that's also found in the Troll Warship, 7048-1. Target had a great deal on them a few years ago 
. Your pic is missing the helmet's horns and spikes.
